SMM ToolsIs All You Do
SMM Tools — Is All You Do — Complete Social Media Management Tool. These terms are the agreement between you and SMM Tools Systems Ltd for the website, the app and every add-on purchased inside it.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your credentials, your team's activity and for keeping connected social accounts in good standing with their own providers. Sharing seats outside your plan's allowance is not permitted.
3. Plans, billing and taxes
Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Lifetime licences are a one-time purchase covering core updates for the purchased tier; metered usage such as AI credits is billed separately. Prices exclude VAT and sales tax, which are calculated at checkout.
4. Trials, cancellation and our no-refund policy
Trials last 7 days with no card required — use the trial to decide before you pay. All payments are final: once a subscription payment, add-on, AI credit pack, social boost or lifetime licence has been charged, it is non-refundable, in whole or in part, including for unused time, unused AI credits or accidental purchases. You can cancel at any time and access continues to the end of the paid period, but no pro-rata refund is issued.
5. Acceptable use
No spam, engagement farming, scraping, malware, deceptive affiliate promotion, or content that is unlawful, hateful, or infringes another party's rights. You must comply with each social network's own terms and API policies. We may suspend accounts that put our platform integrations at risk.
6. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you upload. You grant SMM Tools a limited licence to store, process, reformat and transmit it solely to deliver the service you requested.
7. Affiliate participation
Affiliate commissions are governed by the terms of each program plus these terms. Commissions become payable only after the network confirms them and any reversal window has passed. Fraudulent, incentivised or self-referred conversions are forfeited. Disclosure requirements in your jurisdiction are your responsibility.
8. Third-party networks
Social networks may change, throttle or withdraw their APIs. We restore or replace integrations as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee availability of any single network.
9. Service levels
We target 99.9% monthly availability. Agency customers on annual contracts may request a written SLA with service credits.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SMM Tools's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost audience.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination we disable access and delete your data per the privacy policy retention schedule. We may terminate immediately for material breach of the acceptable-use section.
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms with 14 days' notice for material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction in its courts. Contact: legal@smmtools.app.
